getting started: 400HD, 600HD, 600XL
#1 On the HD Surf Rake Models (400HD, 600HD, 600XL), begin by raising the bucket all the way.
#2 Mount the safety support.
#3 Insert safety pin and cotter pin.
#6 Rotate the conveyor belt. Position the tine at the top for easy access.
#7 Loosen the nut.
Geting started: surf rake 400
#1 Access the tines by removing the top shield by loosening the four bolts with two 3/4” wrenches.
#5 Remove the top shield.
#8 Loosen the bolt that secures the tine from above using a 1 / 2” wrench.

#9 Unhook the old tine and remove, keeping the washer and nut on the stud.
#10 Secure the new tine under the washer.
