3.3 Information from Third-Party Tools

Our Sites embed tools hosted on third-party platforms (including ScoreApp and Replit). When you interact with these embedded tools, the third-party platform may collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies independently. Any data you submit through these tools that is transmitted to us is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our products and services

5. Legal Basis for Processing (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases as established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws:

  • Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): We process personal data submitted through our contact forms to respond to business inquiries and follow up with prospective customers. This processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests and does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where we send marketing email communications, we rely on your consent, which you provide by submitting a form expressing interest in our products. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
  • Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): We may process personal data where required to comply with a legal obligation.

We have determined that Legitimate Interests is the appropriate primary legal basis for our B2B inquiry processing because: (a) you have actively sought information about our products; (b) the processing is limited to business contact information; and (c) you can reasonably expect to be contacted in response to an inquiry submitted to a business.
